At Moonlight, we strive to process and deliver every order efficiently. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery policies.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or high-volume periods may require additional processing time.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Pre-Sale Orders

Certain products may be offered as Pre-Sale items and will be clearly identified in the product description.

Pre-Sale orders will be processed after the pre-sale end date specified in the product description. Production, fulfillment, and shipping timelines begin once the pre-sale period has ended.

By purchasing a Pre-Sale item, the customer acknowledges and accepts that delivery timelines may differ from those of in-stock products.

Estimated production and delivery dates are subject to change due to factors including, but not limited to:

  • Manufacturing and production processes.

  • Garment washing and finishing procedures.

  • Quality control inspections.

  • International transportation.

  • Customs processing.

  • Shipment arrival from Peru to the United States.

  • Circumstances beyond Moonlight's control.

While Moonlight will make every effort to meet estimated timelines, exact delivery dates for Pre-Sale items cannot be guaranteed. Customers will be notified of any significant updates regarding production or shipping schedules.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, and other external factors.

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping (when available): 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before the order is completed.

Free shipping promotions may be offered during select campaigns or for qualifying orders.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address to receive shipping updates and notifications.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase.

Moonlight is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Moonlight has no control over transit times.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions.

  • Holidays.

  • Seasonal demand.

  • Carrier operational issues.

  • Circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Moonlight is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Checking with household members or neighbors.

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly.

  • Allowing up to 48 additional hours, as tracking updates may occasionally be premature.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the item.

  • Photos of the packaging.

  • A description of the issue.

Our team will review the situation and work to provide an appropriate resolution.
